(i) Navigate menu to “Student » Staff Definitions » Define”;
(i) Select a class context with students for which you wish to define a staff;
(ii) Select the staff you wish to define from the staff number drop down and select the definition from the definitions dropdown.
(iii) Under the students in class table, click on “select all” if you want the staff definition to apply to all students in the class extension otherwise check only the boxes beside the students you wish to apply the definitions and click on “Apply”;
