Users are people who you permit to login to your school website or portal.
(A) RESET USER PASSWORD
(i) Navigate menu to “General » Users » RESET PASSWORD”;
(ii) Enter the user ID you wish to reset password.
(iii) Enter the new password.
(iv) Confirm the new password.
(v) Click RESET PASSWORD.
(B) CHANGE PASSWORD
(i) Navigate menu to “General » Users » CHANGE PASSWORD”;
(ii) Enter your current password.
(iii) Enter the new password.
(iv) Confirm the new password.
(v) Click CHANGE PASSWORD.
